Amy holds a PhD in Information Science from the University of North Texas where her
research focuses on knowledge management and employee behavior change. Her academic
journey is complemented by practical experience in Human Resources and Corporate Learning.
As an adjunct professor, Amy has taught a variety of courses including Human Resource Management, Organizational Design & Change, Human Capital Strategy, and Effective Leader engaging students with dynamic lectures and hands-on learning opportunities.
